   ▶ Screen Remover (PR-750) is an excellent product for both acid washing and passivation treatment at once.
   ▶ It does not run down and generate almost no gas after reaction because of its good viscosity.
   ▶ The physical properties are not changed even at long storage.
   ▶ It has an excellent cleaning power simply to remove only by water washing.

3. Treatment Process
 

   ▶ Application of Screen Remover – Water washing (after 30 minutes)

       – Water washing and high pressure cleaning  (secondary), if necessary
 

4. How to use and Precautions
 

   ▶ It will be more effective to apply it after removing and degreasing oils, spatter, wax, tar, scale, rust, etc.

       on the stainless surface in advance.
 

   ▶ Apply it evenly using a soft brush.
 

   ▶ The proper coating thickness is 1mm and the proper temperature of coating surface is 15°C ~ 25°C.

 

   ▶ Treatment time is minimum 30 minutes (based on 25 °C ) and the temperature is lower, it is better to have longer   

       treatment time.
 

   ▶ Wash with water after neutralization treatment (high pressure water washing is more effective).
 

   ▶ Wear personal protections such as rubber glove, booth, protective clothes, protective goggles, etc.
       during application.
 

   ▶ Work in a well-ventilated place and specially pay attention to ventilation if working at a badly ventilated

       place and avoid direct sunlight.
 

   ▶ Do not mix with water, thinner or any alkaline solution.
