1. Summary

   ▶ BOOTH CONTROL PB-200B is a high molecular-weight Cationic Polymer (Cationic Electrolyte), which forms large 

        particles of floated Floc easy to be dehydrated.

​

   ▶ BOOTH CONTROL PB-200B can be used as it is without a process of dilution or pretreatment and it is put in a place
        where floatation of sludge is required and it is mixed well using Meter Pump.

​

   ▶ The input amount is determined by actual field test and in most cases, the input amount is same as the input

        amount of PAINT KILL PA-500A

   ▶ Freezing Point : 0 °C

   ▶    pH   : 6.5±1.0

3. Place for Input

​

   ▶ Put it in a place where floatation of sludge is required and
       it is mixed well (e.g., Underbooth)

4. Packing

​

   ▶ DRUM Packing : 200kg/DR 20kg/PL

​

5. SODA ASH or NaOH

​

   ▶ SODA ASH(Na2 CO3) is put in to keep the alkalinity of circulating water 300~400ppm on the basis of CaCO.

       The alkalinity is required to disperse paint particles and in most case, the effect can last by input once a day or week.
