§§ Graph of working characteristics of hot forging release agent

     1.1. WF-200

It is used for general forging applications that do not require graphite due to its excellent releasability.

          ▪ Where to use; Hot forging of steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous metal and aluminum extrusion
          ▪ User Tools ; Spray (manual or automatic)

     1.2. WF-800

It provides high forging performance with excellent abrasion resistance, extreme pressure resistance, good cooling

effect, releasability and high dilution range.

          ▪ Where to use; Hot forging and aluminum extrusion of steel, stainless steel and non-ferrous metals
          ▪ User Tools ; Spray (manual or automatic)

   § Advantages of non-graphite

          ▪ Clean Factory Conditions can be maintained, providing a good environment for workers.
          ▪ It has the advantage of dilution rate due to its solid content.
          ▪ Excellent binder.

2. Hot Forging Release Agent (Graphite)

      § Form and use

          ▪ Water-based graphite mold release lubricant
          ▪ An effective graphite lubricant for demanding mechanical press operations and facilities requiring high levels of

             automation.
          ▪ Demoulding lubricants for hot forging of steel, extrusion of stainless steel, non-ferrous metals and aluminum

(especially for more difficult work, precision forging)

      § Product Specifications

          ▪ Specific Gravity @ 15/4 ° C: 1.10 ~ 1.20
          ▪ Viscosity @ 40 ° C (cps): 400 ~ 800
          ▪ Freezing Point (° C): -7.0

          ▪ Carrier: water

          ▪ Appearance: Black

          ▪ pH: 10 ~ 12

       § Storage
